Standard procedures need to be followed with all accidents:

• Obtain names and addresses of everyone involved, including witnesses if any.
• We also recommend taking photos of the accident to assist with your claim.
• Notify the Police and The Best Car Rental as soon as possible, (at most, within 24 hours of the incident.)
• Submit a copy of the driver’s licence to The Best Car Rental and complete an Accident Report Form within 48 hours of the incident
