Our response to Covid-19

The best Car Rental understands the importance of cleanliness and hygiene practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is of utmost importance that both our customers and employees are safeguarded to the best of our ability at all times. We have therefore ensured the following measures are in place with immediate effect.

• All vehicles are cleaned with disinfectants – especially around areas touched by hand such as door knob, steering wheel, and center consoles.
• We will be operating with a limited staff compliment to ensure we minimise the spread.
• We will conduct basic training with employees via virtual conferencing on how to interact safely with clients & employees.
• Branches are supplied with various awareness COVID-19 posters which are displayed.
• Social distancing is in encouraged and we discourage any physical interaction. Handshaking is not permitted and we now elbow greet.
• Hand wash, mouth wash, finger disinfection, mandatory temperature check are in place and staffs wear masks where necessary.
